Information

1. Kindly note the registration fee of Rs. 25/- is non-refundable. The application made here does not, in any way, entitle the candidate to be admitted to the school.
2. Shortlisted candidates will be informed by e-mail/phone/message and list of selected candidates will also be displayed at the school notice board or website.
3. Limited transport facilities are available on specific routes. Admission therefore, will not automatically ensure a seat in the school bus.
4. Please keep a photocopy of duly filled registration form for future reference.

Documents Required

1. Recent passport size photograph of the child.
2. A Self Attested photocopy of the Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporations / Civic Authorities.
2. A photocopy of the latest progress report card (if applicable).
3. TC at the time of admission (if applicable).
4. Ration Card/Smart Card issued in the name of parents (Father/Mother) having name of the child/Domicile Certificate of child of his/her parents/Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents/Electricity bill/MTNL, Telephone bill, Water bill, Passport in the name of any of the parents or child/Aadhar Card/UID issued in the name of any of the parents.
5. Immunization Status (Attach Photocopy of Immunization Card).
